Product Guarantees
• 3 D Laminates Ltd guarantees the performance of their 3d foiling service as set out in the detail below.
This guarantee includes, but is not limited to discoloration, durability, foil adhesion and mechanical performance.
• Adhesion- The foil is guaranteed not to bubble, shrink or delaminate from the substrate to which it is adhered. Exposure is expected to be in atmospheres and climates normally associated with mid to northern European climates and those normally expected in and around a domestic environment. No guarantees are given on its performance within other atmospheres i.e. containing solvents, abrasive particles, nor outside the stated geographical areas.
This guarantee only applies to those installations in Northern European climates between the latitudes 450 to 600.
Any surface colour change within the guarantee period shall be uniform across the exposed surface of the installation.
3D Laminates Ltd makes no other representation or guarantee and in no event shall 3 D Laminates Ltd be liable for any other loss or damage, whether direct, indirect or consequential.
This guarantee only applies to defective product within 10 years of the date of manufacture and also provided that in the first instance 3 D Laminates Ltd is notified promptly in writing within 10 days of knowledge of the alleged defect.
This guarantee becomes null and void if 3D Laminates Ltd products have been painted or surface coated or treated in anyway by a third party.
The extent of the remedy of the defects within the limits of the guarantee however caused is limited to the repair and or replacement of said products and at the option and discretion of 3D Laminates Ltd.
• The laminated foil surface is guaranteed not to be affected adversely by the use of normal household cleaners, provided that the manufacturer’s instructions are followed. Solutions of bleach as well as abrasive cleaners should be avoided. A soft damp cloth soaked in a weak solution of mild washing up liquid should suffice.
• Nothing in this guarantee shall exclude or restrict the liability of 3 D Laminates Ltd for death or personal injury resulting from the company’s negligence in so far as the same is prohibited by UK Statute.
Nothing in this and other 3 D Laminates Ltd guarantee affects the statutory rights of the consumer.

This guarantee includes, but is not limited to discoloration, durability and mechanical performance.
This guarantee only applies to those installations in Northern European climates between the latitudes 450 to 600.
